Hotel fees (Payable to the Palmer House Hilton) and arranged through MUNUC

• $155 per night for a Single Room ($155 per person per night)
• $155 per night for a Double Room ($77.50 per person per night)
• $179 per night for a Triple Room ($59.67 per person per night)
• $208 per night for a Quad Room ($52 per person per night)
• $350 per night for a One Bedroom Suite ($350 per person per night)
• $495 per night for a Two Bedroom Suite ($247.50 per person per night)

Hotel fees do not include tax, currently 15.4%. Schools that have tax-exempt status in the State of Illinois will be exempt from some but not all of these taxes.

Check payments must be received by the Palmer House at least 2 weeks before your arrival. If you are using a credit card for your hotel fee payment, it must be charged at least 72 hours before your arrival.

Refunds

• Country fees are non-refundable.
• Delegate fees are fully refundable through January 21 (two weeks before conference). After January 21, we will refund half the fee of any student who drops from your roster and is not replaced.
• All See Chicago! fees collected by MUNUC are non-refundable.
