For decades, the world's high school and college students have been the beneficiaries of a unique education in politics, diplomacy, and foreign affairs. The Model United Nations experience brings to life the problems that face the real world and allows participants to represent their assigned country's position and work towards resolving issues of global importance.

One month to go!

Dear Advisors,

With conference nigh and few deadlines remaining, we ask you to please ensure that your registration is up-to-date. This includes remitting all finances as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Please consult AdvisorWeb to check that all your fees have been paid. As a reminder, the Fees page on this website has an overview of payments that must be sent to MUNUC before February 4th.

In addition, if there have been any changes to your delegate roster of which you have not notified us, please be sure to update those on AdvisorWeb. It is also essential that you email Zina Sakharia, Senior Events Coordinator at the Palmer House Hilton (zina.sakharia@hilton.com), if you need to make any changes to your hotel information. At this point, we have turned over responsibility for hotel rooms to the Palmer House, so all changes need to go through Ms. Sakharia.

Please remember that the Palmer House must receive payment from your school in full by January 21st. Please note that this is not a postmark deadline. By this point, you should have received an invoice from the hotel. If you have not already done so, please process the invoice through your financial department. Checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment will no longer be accepted by the hotel on-site. Again, payments must be received in full by the hotel before your arrival on Thursday, February 4th. Any changes to your hotel registration, such as students dropping before conference, will be processed at check-in.
